Coming into this...... The Blue Jays had some overwhelming advantages such as hitting and slugging...... But now with Springer injured..... It's changed..... Pretty much the only way to win is to give Ohtani the Barry Bonds treatment to negate the fact that Springer is injured and how damn good Ohtani is right now.... And even then that doesn't work as Game 3 showed...... The only thing they got going for them now really is small ball contact hitting......maybe that's enough.
Aside from the win given the Springer injury and that the Blue Jays really don't have a way to fill that...... Although it may be supplemented by reconfiguring the lineup...... The Blue Jays have lost almost any overwhelming advantage they may have had going into the series and it's going to be a real uphill battle. The Dodgers bullpen really met and exceeded expectations and found new life looking better than most or even they themselves expected.
All the Dodgers bullpen did a good job and that was an amazing feat but so did the Blue Jays......but yeah as much as everything else that went down like Freemans walk off grand slam and Ohtanis reaching base 9 times, Vlady Jrs plays or Kirks shot........
Both teams showed a tremendous effort being in tricky situations and both teams arms and relievers pulled some real miraculous feats and didn't let fans down bringing probably some of the best moments in World Series history....... You can't really put a number on that or quantify it...... And Game 3 truly was as epic as games come in general.

IMO too thinking about Pete Rose and other stuff in general......maybe it's time to forgive some of the PED users like Alex Rodriguez, Mark McGwire, Jose Conseco, Sammy Sosa etc etc..... even Barry Bonds.
If some of these guys come clean and fess up as some already have..... I mean..... Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes and given the nature of the game at the time...... Could some of these guys be blamed for doing all they could to compete when it was the norm for their time and era........
Maybe they shouldn't be forgiven outright but another consideration should be placed on them or some sort of asterisk to be allowed into the HOF...... Nobody is perfect, people make mistakes and just because someone does a bad deed it shouldn't negate all the other good some of these guys did on and off the field and continue to do off the field like Alex Rodriguez and the insights he brings to the game and the good he did and does still.
It took me a while to recognize that but now I do......
One of the biggest criteria for the HOF is “integrity, sportsmanship and character” and IMO a player like Rodriguez exemplifies amazing character on and off the field past sins or not....... You don't have to be perfect or free of all sin/mistakes/errors to display good character and who is
