Several things, the MOST excited was definitely the CCV, but a close second was the VH4, I will own another someday.... ;)

Others were the prototype Juggernaut bolt-on, that thing is amazing, the other would be the Kemper, absolutely love it too....

honestly I really haven't had any desire for anything new the last 5 years. I'm pretty happy with my guitars and amps I own regardless of the AxeFX, Kemper and other amps that came out. Out of the blue for no real reason I recently bought 2012 Les Paul Traditional Plus which was the first LP I ever bought and have been playing since the early 80's. I love the thing and have been inspired. I've playing more that I have in a couple years and honestly haven't touched one of my other 20 so guitars since I got the LP. The honeymoon is over and I'm still in love with the thing.

Kemper. It's lived up to the hype, too.

Now I've got some specially modded Randall MTS modules on order. Really looking forward to them.

Definitely my ENGL Powerball II......took me 6 months to save up...but its totallly lived up to the hype

I'm always the most excited about whatever's happening lately. Thinking back 5 years though, damn I don't know, the shine on stuff seems to wear off.

3rd Power Tricabs. Things have never sounded better.

My wifes pocket rocket...gives my neck a break!

OOOH....You mean musical gear?
Up until the Diezel VH4 I have money on...... def it's my Engl Powerball II for amps,
and for guitar tone, Les Paul Standard (lefty of course)

ordering parts for my hondo II lp copy. the gotoh bridge i ordered dropped right in and the stop tail piece and nut look right.. just eyeballing everything. i'll need to practice some skills before i commit to fitting parts.. but i'm pretty stoked about this guitar. if i'm patient.. and work at it.. it should turn out to be a very nice gold top. i forgot how comfortable the 24.5 in. scale length is for me. i've been playing mostly 25.5 as of late.

My Bogner. Right behind that is the Carvin bass I have on order now. 8 weeks go to :(

I'd put the Timeline on this list as well actually.

1994 Mesa Tremoverb 120W Head :inlove:

My ESP M-II Special Custom order that took ~2 years ranks up there too, but the neck was defective upon first arrival. 1.5 years for the build and ship, another 5 months for warranty repair by ESP custom shop, and its the best playing guitar i have ever came across, easily hangs with TA's.

My main guitar for years was one of the early eighties ESP M-II's from Japan. I grew extremely tired of the Floyd but otherwise it's the best playing guitar I have encountered. I would imagine your axe is even better!

What is that?? Looks sick.
Are the upper frets scalloped?

That's a Warmoth guitar I put together. The frets are not scalloped, its a highly figured flame maple board.

2 items....the current JemFP2 that I have....fantastic guitar! Love everything about it....

the other was the EVH 5150III mini head and 2x12. I was really worried because I hadn't heard it at all but when I finally got it home and opened it up, amazing!
Sounds fantastic for the price point it is and where it is made.

:)

My Shiva half stack that i brought home this week and last week I brought home a TRIAXIS/ 2:90 rig.
My main guitar as of the past 10 years is a late 80's ESP Mii that I got in a pawnshop for $150, after a lil work its the only thing I play, although I am looking at a couple now.
