Giving my kids ice cream seems to be the equivalent of two shots of tequila. Plus it fucks up my macros for like two days.

It wasn't that bullshit butter cream frosting on the cake was it? That shits diabetes central. Whipped topping on the other hand is great and not too rich/sweet imo.
