I say this with the utmost sincerity, you might try reflecting on your standards. Because I've heard you make comments on many occasion where you seem to have a disdain, or feeling of contempt towards people with money. Yet the guy you want running this country/world is a self proclaimed billionaire ?
How do you reconcile that? Why does he get a pass?

I don't have any problem with people who have money. I have close friends with money. I have family with some money. I have some money I just don't have cash. I have a problem with people who have money but choose to piss it away feeding hogs like Chris Christie ham sammiches or buying gilded penthouses, so there. You wanna feed hogs buy a farm. It's your cash, and it's a free country, which means you can do what you want, but when you announce it on a forum I shouldn't be faulted for finding it ridicule worthy.

Since you are going to assign things to me that aren't true we aren't going to have a nice discussion. Perhaps I came across a little strong. If so, forgive me. But I can't talk to you if you keep saying I'm some rabid Trump guy. He's a hijacker. I have as much disdain for him as you do, more actually. I just don't spend all day talking about it. Good day.

Thanks, very appreciated. He's a RINO and a phony. I am conservative. None of those people representing the right are actually conservative (Trump included) in my opinion. So there is one reason not to vote. They don't represent me. Only I am me. The next is because though I have strong views, I don't want to be part of forcing others to do something they do not want. Abortion for example. I disagree with it and don't believe it should be legal, but I am not going to be the guy enforcing my will like that on another person or society. It's not me. It would conflict with my christian beliefs which also include my personal belief that I myself am not entitled to, or called to vote. If democrats put my head to the guillotine then God has willed my soul for that and it is unavoidable and will perhaps be found by the Lord to be a praiseworthy end to a mostly wasted life, vote/no vote. So why bother? Hopefully you can see where I'm coming from.

MAGA is the deep state response to grassroots tea party movement which was legitimate. Leaders have increasingly grown deaf to the people they are supposed to represent. As a voting democrat I don't know if you missed your own party dumping small farmers and blue collar people on their heads in favor of pandering to the freak of the month club starting in the 90's. The whole thing is a mess. It's not worth it to me to participate. It was a monster 50 years ago, no one did anything. Just another country on the map whose glory days are past. You give up the small farm, you've given up your nation.

Christie reminds me somewhat of Trump, impulsive.
I recall a spat he had with NYC politicos when he was governor and closed a major thoroughfare between the states, resulting in a traffic nightmare. That’s the sort of thing trump would do.

Yes. I think it was employed to hijack the tea party movement. It contains those elements, but it's pretty obvious Trump will collude with deep state interests and then pretend like he has no control over what's happening. He's a master showman. People either hate him with a passion or love him like he's next to Christ. It's all pretty revolting, the cult like mentality of the Obama-Trump era.
That was my point. Democrats core used to be small farms and blue collar. RINOS like Christie and Romney have always been willing sellouts. I've determined you're basically doomed at the federal level when it come to anything resembling decent representation. Locally and statewide change is probably more possible but when a state goes a direction I don't like I just take my stuff and move someplace else.
