I'm so tired of him. I swear, he has went on those rock docs and said just about every band "totally changed his life and are the most influential band ever to him". Maybe he should skip doing the documentaries and try to write something original for the first time in 20 years other than lame, vanilla, car commercial music.

That is SO cool! He is definitely a down-to-earth guy! I hope he recovers from his surgeries very quickly!!!!
A few years ago, during a gig in Vegas, he passed out on stage. To make a long story short he was eventually diagnosed with 2 different types of tumors in his brain/head. The first one was surgically removed last winter, the 2nd one was just removed but was closer to his ear canal. He and his wife Annie have been posting frequent updates on FB. I think this 2nd surgery was a little more critical. He was still in a lot of pain several days later.
