i had a Small Box and a Pink Taco.
i felt Pink Taco is more modern / aggressive sound, though Small Box is more classic sound.
considering Runt is similar to PT, is Runt 50 more modern / aggressive sound than SB?

This amp rocks! I got to spend a bunch of time playing it (Runt50 combo) on Sunday and Monday since I was off for the Labor Day weekend. Guitar holiday! Wife was gone for a bunch of that time, had the house to myself; just awesome. Hoping to have some more time this Sunday to continue the exploration.
Re-arranged my pedalboard a bit; likely some more re-arranging to go, since I also just ordered the Sir Compre and BE-OD pedals!

Gigs like a champ...I control everything with my Line 6 Helix. With it, I not only have my effects through the loop but, I incorporate a Koko Boost in front of the amp for "high gain" tones and also can switch in a JHS AT OD pedal for a different hi-gain "lead" voicing. Great pedal, btw!
