The Dick act confirmed that regular civilians are an informal militia. Firearms are heavily regulated, there are special excise taxes on guns and ammo that other products are not effected by. There are over 10,000 gun laws on the books so you are getting your way already.

I am not talking about regulations on the arms. I'm referring to regulating the militia.

I think you need to read the Dick act. It's longstanding. Regular citizens compose an informal militia and so are guaranteed arms. You don't have to agree with me, just something you can have a look at to see what you're up against.

The classic secular "philosophical" definition of God says that he can do anything "logically possible". It ties in to that whole "Can God create a rock so large.....etc"

Well regulated as in well armed, well TRAINED, and well ORGANIZED. We need rules and regulations that stipulate what is and what isn't defined as trained and organized.

When I was in the Army, a warrant officer from the chemical corps came down to the range one day and taught us how to make napalm using a barrel of diesel and a box of detergent.
