I got this a couple weeks ago and had to let the honeymoon pass before making a huge fuss about it.

I have been playing since '85 and have had multitudes of amps and none of them were the sound in my head. My old 2203 was the closest and i used that for just over a dozen years. (it was modded, but i used it mostly in it's stock config, with exception of an aftermarket loop).

Forward to two weeks ago, when i got this sucker in. I decided it was time for me to get the amp that would do what i wanted exactly. All i can say is, Thank you David. My Marshall, thought still a beast, simply holds my fan closer to my head level at this point. The BE-100 is the sound in my head. I wish the clean channel could break up a bit, but I'm a 2203 user... Im used to using my volume for cleaning up anyway. This amp is perfect. i love how all the voicing switches are useful, but at the same time very subtle. I love the dynamics and sensitivity of this amp. The bite and tightness without brittleness are exactly what i needed.

For those curious, the cabs are loaded with 80's G12-65's and G12t-75 X pattern. Thump and mids.

Interesting that it was good enough to turn your Marshall into a fan stand!

Ha. I ended up selling the Marshall, so my face is less ventilated at this point.

The BE is the best amp I have ever owned also. I've been through more amps than sherwin Williams has colors! Finally I'm truly happy! Thank you Mr Friedman!!!!!

Totally agree, yesterday unwinding with a glass of bourbon blasting fat bottom girls and some ac/dc from the be100 all the stress of the week just left
