Well here we go boys. Time to see whats what.

Detroit looks like a machine but the Pens don't appear intimidated at all and are showing some good play. The goal was ugly but it counts. Very exciting first period!
 
As I and every Pens fan have been saying, this years team looks NOTHING like last years team that went into Detroit and got worked for 120 minutes. GO PENS!!!
 
WTF is up with these ridiculous boards in Detroit? What a joke. In any other arena the Wings wouldn't have any goals right now. :thumbsdown:
 
Detroit worked for that 2nd goal. Lots of hockey left to go. Tons of action in this game.
 
I like both teams, but I'm going for the Wings again this year! I was really hoping for a Blackhawks vs Bruins Cup. Oh well.....I'll enjoy the last games of the season no matter who wins. HOCKEY RULES!!!

If you're any kind of hockey fan you have to be enjoying the hell out of this game. Speed, hits, scoring, etc... exciting stuff!

Looks like Detroit might take game 1. Pens look good and if Malkin wakes up I think they'll do much better.
 
3 lucky bounce goals for Detroit. Awesome stuff. This ones over. We need to win tomorrow or we're fucked again.

That first detroit goal was just awful. But oh well it happened. Let's see what happens in game 2.
 
Come on Hank shut Crosby down. The last goal was great look up there is a puck throw it on the ice and lift it in the net!
 
Osgood had a great game. Cindy getting chippy with Maltby as he was coming off the ice - typical punk-ass Crosby. This is going to be a great series. Can't wait to see Datsyuk back in there.

First goal was sort of underwhelming but that third Detroit goal was poetry. Nobody knew where it was, snatches it out of the air, whacks it in. Good times.

Pens are going to lose. :no:
