Canuck here, been spoiled by Jeff Martin and the guys for many years. Splendor Solice is an iconic album. They are touring right now for the 20th Anni of their album Transmission.

I still think the Doors should have asked him to join when they reunited

Was a big fan years ago. Lived in a border town and went to see them twice in a smaller venue. Killer live performances. Will have to see if they're playing anywhere close by.

Big fan. Triptych, Edges of Twilight, Transmission...all great stuff.

I saw Jeff in my local pub in remote county Kerry, Ireland years ago - I knew nothing about the Tea party but he was a class act - head and shoulders above anyone else doing the solo acoustic thing.
Great band =)

Never heard of these guys, but glad I did today! Some really epic stuff here ! Thanks for posting this :m4:

I thought it might be one of those bands over looked south of the border.

This song just floors me as it continually builds and builds into this atmospheric element of sonic brilliance from somewhere beyond ...

This is from their third album Transmission (1997) which was ahead of it's time and somewhat of an experimental sound for the band. Changing from a guitar dominated song structure to including more keyboards and atmospheric sounds. It's was more of an artistic progression though IMO. Really mesmerizing and layered stuff.

Not only is Jeff GREAT a guitar player, but the band is a THREE PIECE!
