Well my AC/Heat system died yesterday, diagnosis confirmed today.

At least it's only 70 for a high today, feels hotter with the sun. Thankfully this happened in winter, not the summer.

Yup....3 days prior to house full at Christmas for inductor fan failure....Feb for full furnace replacement this year.

Actually just the tankless coil but I wasn’t about to replace it in that old rust bucket
