I just got my Friedman BE cab to go with my BE100.
I had a hard time ordering it, because every cab that i played with my old 2203 that had v30's in it, made for a honky mess. I read a bunch of reviews and watched a bunch of videos and decided to bite the bullet. also, knowing it has Greenbacks in it as well helped.
This is replacing my JCM 800A cab with G12-65's (she will get a good rest for a while). The first thing i noticed is how much tighter the Friedman is on the low end. It also puts the mid's where i want them (since the BE has a slight mid shift from my old 2203). Highs are brilliant, yet in no way ice-picky. secondly, i noticed that no matter where i stood in the room, this cab sounded the same. It's very 3D and non-directional. It just sounds huge and is the perfect cab for the BE100 without a doubt.
Thanks again David Friedman for building the sound in my head.
