Just bought a trem-stop on Tuesday it was my house on Thursday, that's from the East Coast to the West Coast in 2 day's! I installed it and had an issue so I called him up, that's 6:45 his time he pick's up and trouble shoot's my problem, I checked what he said and boom it works perfect!! The trem-stop along with my42mm L block just made a huge difference in my tone, sustain, and harmonic's in my San Dimas!! With the trem-stop you can really feel the whole guitar vibrate in your hands! I've delt with Adam several time's and will continue to give him my business because of customer service like that so I just wanted to give him

Hes been great to deal with for me as well. Not sure who knows this but Eddie Van Halen did not invent the D-Tuna. Adam did. He sold the patent.

I knew that, pretty cool.

My dad has trem stoppers and the 42 mm blocks in all his guitars with floyds. When my dad got one of his blocks, the screw holes didn't line up on the bridge to the block, so he told Adam, and Adam said send it back, and I will make you a custom block for free, and he even put my dads name on the block as a special surprise :D

Great customer service!

I bought a bunch of stuff last year from him..
Very cool dude and answered all my dumb questions without making me feel like an idiot.
Highly recommend this guy and he knows what he's talking about.
The block and springs are a must for any Floyd.. The bigger the block the better.

Adam kicks, and his products are killer... Terrific FAST customer service and response time.

Nice choice

Kudos where due!!

Gotta love a business devoted to improving on a classic Floyd!

Those brass parts look awful nice in that black Charvel!

Yep, great products, great customer service.
I bought a brass block, silent springs and brass claw for my Ibanez RG7. Love the tone.
Just as an experiment, I put the claw in without changing anything else, and was pretty surprised at the difference it alone made. Not really anything tone-wise, but a nice boost in sustain.

There's not enough good you can say about Adam and FloydUpgrades. Amazing, tone-enhancing products (I have Ti and Brass Big-Blocks in all of my Floyd-equipped guitars + trem stoppers, brass claws and stainless hardware in most), ultra-fast turnaround on orders, and top-notch customer service. Plus he's one of the coolest guys to hang with on the planet.

I have one of his brass blocks in my So Cal. It really made a big difference - it sounds like my Les Paul now (which is exactly what I was hoping for). I echo all the positive sentiments posted so far. Adam is a pleasure to deal with and makes a really good product!

Im putting together 2 parts o casters and one of them is routed for a recessed floyd. Its going to be all single coils and Im really hoping that the brass block will get this thing to have alot more in common tonally with a traditional strat bridge than a floyd...

do I have a prayer?

In a word, YES.

Ordered from him early on Friday, and the parts arrived this morning (Monday).

I have already installed the parts in my Koa Charvel, and it sounds even more like a beast. :D I have ordered from him before, and have never been dissapointed with the results. A superstrat that sounds like a Les Paul......best of both worlds!
