I love my Marshall JTM with P90 pickups. Haven't used a double coil guitar for a long time, thinking of selling my Wolfgang and Fender strat D/S/S guitars.

Hot buckers were used I have lots to learn with this amp as this is my first amp like this, I am sure that there is some good brown inside I am not a clip making machine as I suck at that but I am going to try hard to do something, either vid, handheld, or Cubase.

Hot buckers? How hot? Powered by the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in stead of a 9 volt? I think you could plug an acoustic electric nylon string into that Cali mod and it would be heavier than what I think of when I hear the term Cali mod. I'm going to petition to rename it the Compton mod. The rest of us "Cali" people are way too wimpy to have that mod attributed to us.

I only spent probably an hour with it, and at low volumes so I'm not going to review it based on that. I spent some time balancing my effects in the loop. But it rocks, sounds great and there's a LOT of tones in there that I've barely begun to get at.

Babies sleep like a rock, get the panties off and get some volume working boy I already told the wife I am working from home Friday and bringing the 1/2 stack on the deck at home while neighbors are at work....................lunch that day will be pain and lots of it

Yeah, tons of options including for me having the option to run the amp as a stock SLP.

What's that dudes name that played with Ozzy live a few times and had killer tone? He used a strat with Floyd's. Can't remember his name, but his sound is what I hear when I think of Mike's Cali mod.

Just unpacked it out of the box, have not even plugged anything into it, have not even plugged it into the wall but it sounds AMAZING.
