I feel like the guys that bought an Axe-FX the week before the Axe II got announced. I bought an El Capistan about 4 weeks ago.

Just kidding, I am totally fine with El Capistan and not even using 50% of what it is capable of anyways. These clips do sound good though. All I have to say is I am so happy I added a clean channel to my Cali mod. Makes the price of the El Capistan worth it.

My El CAp is not going anywhere, love that pedal to death and it is paid for I don't think I could get the Timeline on my board and I wonder if the PP2+ will power it. I am done being a dog chasing it's tail, shit Roland nailed perfection imo over 30 years ago with the 501 Space Echo.

Have you done a vid covering the new clean addition yet?? My Cali is going out for the town green gig soon, sort of wish I had the switcher working as I have to hit some toggles mid song

The clean is awesome. I will put a clip together soon. In fact, I have spent about 50% of my playing time on it as of late. Getting tons of cool tones out of it. I can keep it really clean or I can get a pushed Plexi tone that I love that was difficult to achieve before I added it. My overdrive channel is now set on the Cali mod 100% of the time and the clean channel just adds versatility. I have a guitar on order that will arrive in September that should help me get even more cool tones. With the El Capistan in the loop it sounds fantastic. I'll get something up really soon. You would love it Scott. Mike did a killer job (as always).

I'm pretty happy with my Brigadier and El Capistan so I'm going to hold my ground for a while with these. Don't think i could fit the Timeline on my board anyway.

The El Capistan is amazing I love it. How do you like the Brigadier? I am guessing it compliments the El Capistan really well?

I have the El Cap into the input of the amp and the Brig into the effects loop. The Brig replaced a Flashback. I actually like not having to scroll through menu's and 1 favorite setting keeps me happy.

I've become a big fan of the TC Flashback. Excellent tape echo, ping pong and reverse delays . the echo's dont get in the way of notes, they sorta just hang out in the backyard. I only wish you could download more than one toneprint...version 2 i guess may solve that.

When is a version 2 coming out of the flashback?

There, I said it. Having a TF makes me barely feel the urge to open a delay thread up let alone respond to it.

Pleasure. Owning any of the Factor series (and sure, now the new SPACE unit) makes everything else secondary. I'm not saying there's not some good stuff out there, I'm just saying, when you have a Factor stomp, and you get REAL down and dirty with it, and get to know it intimately well, you'll never require anything else - ever.
