So does the Timefactor suck? I just got one and havent tried it
Absolutely NOT... And quite honestly, because I own a TF, anything else - including the Timeline, albeit super sexy and svelt - is just meh.

There, I said it. Having a TF makes me barely feel the urge to open a delay thread up let alone respond to it.

Peace,
V.

I owned a Timefactor and the first Timeline at the same time. Sold the Timefactor. That's all i can say on that matter. :D

Hey Gents-
Sounds Awesome.
I'll still have to wait till Ralph or Scotty buys one an I get to kidnap or abuse it to ever really believe I'd use THAT many delay options (edit: out of one pedal) tho, even on the "I'm bored and I suck" days, which IS, most of the time....

Aint happening H, I am blessed to have what I have and now need to learn how to use the shit. I need to learn how to take control of an ampfest like you did last year, till then 10 feet back and no eye contact.

Nothing wrong with the Timefactor though. It's really versatile with presets and whatnot. But i found myself saying, is this thing really THAT much better than say a Boss DD20?

But like i said, i found a used El Cap and a Brig both at decent prices so I'm good.

I actually won a second Timefactor at last year's NY amp show...sold that one to. :D

Yeah I seem to remember a video about that

The El Cap imo has this warmth the eventide did not have let alone WAY easir to dial in AND uses my PP2+ so no wall wart. Still have the Modfactor, cool pedal.

makes me think back to a few years ago when there was really limited options in the delay pedal market--dmm, boss, ibanez--

If this or flashback had come out around the dl6 launch...game over

I'm pretty happy with my Brigadier and El Capistan so I'm going to hold my ground for a while with these. Don't think i could fit the Timeline on my board anyway.

The El Capistan is amazing I love it. How do you like the Brigadier? I am guessing it compliments the El Capistan really well?

I have the El Cap into the input of the amp and the Brig into the effects loop. The Brig replaced a Flashback. I actually like not having to scroll through menu's and 1 favorite setting keeps me happy.

I've become a big fan of the TC Flashback. Excellent tape echo, ping pong and reverse delays . the echo's dont get in the way of notes, they sorta just hang out in the backyard. I only wish you could download more than one toneprint...version 2 i guess may solve that.

When is a version 2 coming out of the flashback?

who knows, but I'm predicting that this feature will/has set a new standard in pedal technology. It's inevitable. to be able to download multiple toneprints would be awesome..its like customizing your own sounds in one fricken pedal.
