Timeline and Pedal Power 2+--Current draw question

I'm finally finishing my new pedal board and am in the process of routing the power to each pedal. The Timeline has a current draw of 300 mA. The Pedal Power 2+ can only send a max current of 250mA. The instructions for the Timeline says that it will work with a current of only 250mA but will not always function properly and they highly recommend giving it a current of 300mA. Has anyone here used the Pedal Power to provide current to the Timeline using only 250mA, and if so, have you experienced any problems? I know that you can couple two of the outputs of the Pedal Power for a max of 500mA but I need all 8 outputs so I would rather not do this.

I wouldn't do it! Inrush startup current is most likely why it may not always function correctly. Can you run some low current consumption pedals using a parallel daisy chain connector to one input on the pp2, then use two paralleled on the pp2 to one jack for the Timeline for the 500 ma?

It looks like this is probably what I'm going to have to do. I was hoping I could keep each pedal separate to maintain isolated power to each pedal, but I'll pick two pedals that get the least use and have low draw and run them on the same power output.

Guessing you already considered this but if you have the Strymon power supply, run it from the courtesy outlet on the back of the PP2+.

Replacements run about $20.00 if you need one.

This option is being considered, however, I am already using the AC outlet to power the Musicomlabs switcher. However, I'm thinking of mounting a 2 or 3 outlet power strip below the board, and plugging this into the PP2's AC, then using the ac adapters for both the Musicomlab and the Timeline.
