All they way from Japan. lets hope the headstock doesn't snap on this one.

Edwards make some good stuff. I have been eyeballin' a Edwards V myself.

Headstock is intact. Guitar looks and plays great.

Frets are damn tiny. Pots don't have much of a taper. Nice larger neck -- very nice. Hangs well with the strap button on the ned of the wing. Duncan 59 sounds beautiful in the neck. Never used a Duncan Custom in a Gibson, and haven't had much play time.

I've got one with dot inlays, you are going to love it. It's a fine playing fiddle. You will end up playing MSG tunes all night so get the cry baby ready. Surprisingly light guitar but it packs a ton of MOJO.

Get your Schenker on!! If Only the board was ebony it would be perfect?
Yeah that is my one gripe with mine. Mine is darker than the one featured but I wish it were still darker like my USA Explorer. Ebony would have been la bomba though.

I had a really nice one of those. Played and sounded fantastic. You won't be disappointed!

Tiny in the sense they are thin or low? I find mine perfect. Not too low but they are also not very wide or fat. Might be differences in models though. As for oiling the neck, i thought about it but in the end, I just play it as is. Doesn't bug me anymore. I'm pretty sure that the original ones made for Schenker back in the day used darker rosewood though ( as seen in the vid below). Man I love Schenker, truly a unique player. Nobody sounds like him. Tone once again being in the... f i n g e r s ...

I've used Fiebing's (i think that's how it's spelled) ebony leather dye before on fretboards and that shit works great
