ToneFreak Effects Buff Puff buffer/booster Q's

I figured this would be a good place to post about this, since Dave helped design it!

I'm currently using a Axess Electronics BS2 buffer. Great buffer, but it's a little bright for my tastes.

Has anyone compared these two? The Buff Puff has a 3-position toggle for brightness, which may just be the ticket for me, to warm up the buffered tone a little.

Even all the way bright it is still darker then the bs2 and then you have 2 darker settings otherwise the same basic circuit that I designed.
