Sounds great, Scott. I’ve got two original DF’s and it’s a raw, nasty beast of a pup, but they are noisy. A really close, potted version will be a great addition to your lineup.

I’m curious why no one is potting their originals?

Love Scott’s pickups. I’ve been using the Roxy in my #1 Les Paul for a while. I use it voice all my amps.

I also have a Wicked 8 and custom wound neck he did in my Charvel. After hearing so much about the Sunset Strip I really need to try that one too.

That Psykes comparison video is a good demonstration of the clarity, attack and string separation in the TN pickups. It’s similar to what I shoot for in my amps. They seem to pair well with what I go for.

The Roxy to me, is just a fucking thick beast. It sounds like thunder, and punishing. The Sunset Strip is more of a slicked back vibe. Still punchy and can get aggressive..but it can dial back and stay so clear.

More and more I’m feeling like a need a Roxy in my life.

Scottosan do you ship internationally? I am in the U.K.
