Tony Harnell joins Skid Row

I saw Skid Row last summer. I wasn't expecting much, but, it was not good. The singer did his best and at times sounded a bit like Bach, but overall it was like a bad cover band. The new songs that they played were awful, similar to the song Mud kicker, but dropped D nu-metal lameness circa '99, which was made even worse by the fact that the singer was talking over the intro, saying, 'yeah, that's right, this is the new sound. Skid Row is back!'.

I love Tony and it will be a huge improvement, but the fact is that they haven't aged well as a band.

they need to get Affuso and Bach back and do it right....

Apparently enough people care about these bands if people keep posting topics on them ;)

I still break some of it out now and again, but I don't know how some cats on here base their whole life around 80's style guitar. There's a ton of new music out there. It's like the radio stations around here. Still playing Nirvana and Pearl Jam.
