Too many guitars- the money shot

Wait till you get to 40 guitars, now that is a big problem. My goal is to get down fo 15. Sooo hard to choose wich goes and wich stays. Damn.

But nice collection ya got there, love the PG301

Not to make this a show your guitars thread but here is my dilema. Witch goes and witch stays

The only problem I see is you need some guitar stands.

I used to have a bunch, that is until i stepped on one and thr guitar went flying in the air, i reacted and caught it before it fell to the ground. Happened 2 times. In came the wall hangers.....lol

Yikes that is scary. I got real lucky, I have a close friend who is big into woodworking, he made me a guitar case with glass doors and all I had to do was buy the materials. Problem is it only holds 8 guitars.

I only leave 4 out at a time now on my hangers, the 4 that i play. Different tunings. All my others are in there case, safe and sound. I do a rotation once in a while.

I really do need to sell some. I have one for sale now. I sell about one a year!!! Lol. Takes me 6 months just to get the courage to post it up.

Was the same with amps. I had 12 heads at some point. I now have 5. Well 3 at home, 1 at the jam space and my 5150II i lent to my son. Sold a bunch of pedals. I am getting there.... Lol

That definitely contributes to keeping them longer. I dread putting something up for sale. Always worried I may miss a ding or shipping destroys or loses it and then the market is tough anyway.
