SG - it's kinda the underdog, ya know? It's not as popular as a LP but it still sounds just as good and there's better upper fret access.

Explorer - ever since I saw Hetfield with one I wanted to own one.

Dean ML - I used to own one and it was one of the better guitars I owned. I think it looks really cool, like a tweaked explorer.

Strat/Superstrat - are those two or one? It's pretty much what I play most of the time and always have. It works, it's comfortable, and it does what I need.

Explorer - always loved the shape. My first US guitar was a Gibson Explorer which I played the hell out of, though later I found I preferred longer scale length, so now I have a couple of explorer bodies with bolt-on strat-style (hockeystick headstock) necks that are fun.

Other body styles are fine, but I've never been super excited by any of them. I'm boring.

Kauer Banshee .9 - 1.0 - Firebird style with a big fat neck...fantastic
Gibson rounded medium C - on my historic Gibsons, much chunkier than the standard Gibson 'rounded' profile
Musikraft chunky D .9 - 1.00 - go to for all bolt on guitars

I'm drunk but I swear I read 'neck shapes'

I would try to sub an Explorer in there because Hetfield looked so awesome with one, but I don’t know if I’ve ever seen anybody else come close to looking as cool with one on, so I’m not sure it’s the guitar. On the other hand, I’ve seen the other three make people look way cooler than they otherwise would’ve.
