Tourmaster 412 cab; new model?

I called my local GC today to check the availability of a TM412 straight cab. They were out of stock, so I called the next closest GC. The guy told me they had one floor demo going for $480. He said they won't be ordering any more because they are expecting a new model. Can anyone shed any light on this new model? I am considering picking up the demo model for such a low price, but if something newer and better is on it's way...... I'll wait.

My guess:

The guy is misinformed (like every guitar center employee I've come across...)

There are all black Egnater Armageddon series 412s coming out soon.

I don't think they'll be replacing the Tourmaster ones. Just a different option.
