This might be well known in Hollywood, but new it's new to me..
They paid him a chunk to Bail on the band, but who knew that Record would be so big??
I bet he didn't get any points, just 1 chunk. But he went from broke to buying a House.
He landed on his feet tho. LA Guns is totally underrated. They have some Bangers!
I remember seeing them on Arsenio in like 1990..

Check this interview..

Wow, this is pretty wild... Tracii is a fantastic player, loved those first 3 LA Guns albums, and even liked Sunbomb with Michael Sweet.

I wonder if Tracii can confirm this or if he is still under a gag-order...

I saw LA Guns a few months ago. they were great for what they do.

Never could listen to LA Guns, despite trying. Same with Y&T.

I highly doubt Traci wrote Afd

LA Guns one my fav bands from yesteryear. They still put on an incredible show today. I personally have always thought that Electric Gypsy and Welcome to the jungle have the same rhythmic vibe. It’s no stretch to say one was toying with a generic rhythm and it spawns the musical fruits.

Seems i remember seeing an interview where Tracii credited Electric Gypsy riff to being inspired by Motley crue. Wild Side i think.

Pretty crazy if true.. but also interesting in the sense that they canned Tracii because he had acne. Here we are thinking rock n roll was rock n roll "unlike today" and turns out it has never been different and always been about image since before the Beatles. They don't just sell music, they sell the image and that's exactly what you see with YungBlood. They are shoving that kid and his tight ass leather pants down everyone's throat and calling him a Rock God. I guess that would explain why Tracii seems to have done so well for himself financially. Probably still getting kick backs.

I saw them years ago with King's X and Billy Squire. Squire mopped the floor with both, but they all kicked ass.
