Wondering where to start (and if anyone has had a similar experience) troubleshooting the Bogner footswitch for the Ecstacy 101B that I recently picked up.
Old Hollywood 101B and the Stand-By function on the footswitch isn't working.
Doesn't engage. Doesn't light up the LED on the amp, either.
Was thinking first step would be locating and trying a different cable?
Any feebdback is appreciated.

I haven’t had trouble with mine but as I understand, if a footswitch led goes out it typically only needs to have the led replaced. Being as there isn’t a manual means to ‘mute’ the amp (other than the footswitch) the fs led seems the logical place to start - perhaps your amps led will work again after that’s replaced. Doesn’t seem overly difficult if you have the basic tools. Here’s a reference thread: https://www.rig-talk.com/forum/threads/possible-ecstasy-footswitch-problem.152412/#post-1738415

Good luck and please update.

The LEDs are in the circuit so if it goes out the function goes too. Weird design but relatively easy fix.
