I was in a cover band and we used to play that. I loved that solo. One of my faves I had to play.
 
That album is possibly my favorite of all time.
 
Yeah I agree; it's a killer solo from a great album! Tone's a bit better than the first album as well, just a tad heavier and darker maybe because they were tuning down a half step here.
 
Any RR solo from those Ozzy albums is incredible. Still move today as when I first them :worship:
 
I agree completely. I played that solo with my band at my high school during senior year. If you guys remember those days it was all a ridiculous competition between all the guitarists in the school. All your friends would be talking you up vs. all the other guitarists in the schools friends. It almost led to fights and was way more serious than it should have been. After I finished that solo, I looked out and saw all the guys in one of the rival bands and they were all looking at each other and making "holy shit" faces etc. I smiled at them and a few of them gave me the thumbs up and from there on out there was little dispute. ;)

My guitar playing has been all down hill since that moment on so let me have my little memory. :lol: :LOL:
