I have no idea. And i'm not going to pretend like i do know.
I'm neither going to instantly believe nor disbelieve any of these "claims".
Just because i don't know if he's guilty or not, does not mean that i think he's innocent.
That is the problem with the TDS mindset. Of course you think DJT is guilty, you want him to die.
. Now your putting words in my mouth. I just want him to rest out his days in a nursing home or if guilty behind bars!

I like them. Quality materials and build, classic design. Wouldn't wanna foot that heating and cooling bill though. It's hard shopping for homes now that my kids are older and I really only need 1 or 2 bedrooms for me and the old lady. That kinda limits my options. I don't really wanna deal with utilities and maintenance on anything over 1200 sq ft since I do most of my own upkeep. Wouldn't mind a xeriscaped yard either cause damn am I sick of cutting grass.
I'm in a house way too big for me and like you, 1200 or even 800 would easily service my needs.

I want no maintenance and minimal utility costs...My yard now is very low upkeep by design...Only palm trees, crushed rocks and fake grass...I don't need a gardener and I'm stoked about that.

Speaking of Epstein have a look at the body on this.

I wish I could say the same as I just had a dump truck of 18 yards of mulch dropped and not looking forward to putting it all down over the next month of Sundays .

My current place is 720sq ft on the ground level with about 250sq ft of usable loft space but I have a couple acres of grass to deal with plus some woodlands. I also didn't want high utility costs so I built small. I have a large window a/c and my electric runs about 170/mo in summer..

I don't have to cut grass but I also don't want the fire risk. Palm trees...are you in Florida? I'm thinking about just moving to St Pete be near my aged parents in their final years. I think this year will determine my ultimate decision. I'm just kind of burnt out on TX and have kind of taken every avenue I've been able to follow. By the same token I've been torn about walking away from my band and stuff but it's been a pretty hard go post-covid.

That's a BIG job and no, I don't envy you.

Get the band-aids ready for the blisters from the shovel or whatever you're using.

We'd like just a little bigger house, but my wife fills the house up with bullshit. Every square inch of flat space in my house has some kind of shit on top of it. Picture frames, centerpieces, coasters, lamps, phone chargers, baskets, decorations, it's silly. Her mother is the same exact way so i know where she gets it from. Thank god i have the garage, or she'd fill that up too lmao.

I have had a yard crew do it before and they charged me 1200.00 to put it all down as my property is on a steep hill and that was with me buying the mulch, so I would rather do it myself and use that cash to help buy another guitar or amp.

Sounds like my wife but I finally got her to listen to logic and reason. Ten years of storing art and wall hanging in boxes. I don't have enough wall space for it all...she finally let a bunch go. "Keep the best and donate the rest"

720 would do me...

Florida? Annual hurricanes and humidity are tough...real tough.

No, I'm in Los Angeles and currently have my place listed to escape and downsize elsewhere. Where? No idea but nowhere near humidity and hurricanes as that's just a new set of problems to deal with. It will be out of California...that I do know.

Bands? I'm 100% done with that shit...too many unreasonable egos, lazy pricks and for what...as I've aged I'd rather just a rehearsal room band that gathers approx. every 3 weeks or so with no intention of ever gigging. I wouldn't pay to see older bastards like me so I'm not fooling myself thinking I'm somebody worth paying for. IMHO when you're over 50 playing in rock bands live for money is a stretch unless you're a famous 'recording' band and then that's different.

I know the drill....lived there 3 different times so this would be my 4th move LOL. I don't mind humidity but have had ear infection problems in the past so not sure it'd work out any different for me this time. But my parents, my daughter, and my sisters are there.

Never really gotten to explore LA. My dad was from the bay area. I can't afford either place so it's pretty well off the table.

Texas might be worth a look for you. Let me know if you have any questions about central TX areas, I'm pretty familiar with it now after about 600 or 700 gigs here. Central Texas isn't bad I've just been here ten years which is by far the longest I've stayed in one place since the 90's. This is my 2nd time moving here, LOL.

I play blues and have guys I work with that are pros so the egos and attitudes are pretty minimal. It's just gotten tougher to find gigs worth the time in the past few years. I'm starting to get older and not sure how much longer I want to go unless there is more frequent decent gigs and $ involved. TBH the past couple months I've been in a heavy burnout phase in all aspects of living here. Hoping to snap out of it as spring hits. I guess we'll see.

Chin up and I hope you leave Tx when you can.

Thanks for the offer and if Tx is an option I'll certainly ask you for some tips.
