I am sure they would have released the portion pertaining to Trump and classified everything else.

The Durham report was useless because they classified all the pertinent info, Tulsi is just reading the newly unclassified documents now.
 
From everything i'm reading, it's not as simple as just "releasing files".
A lot of the info is either ambiguous (names on a flight log do not equal evidence of a crime) or redacted, or courts cannot legally release the info due to judicial processes.
I'm hoping Maxwell will testify and shed some light on this, but that could also backfire since criminals aren't necessarily trustworthy.
The whole thing stinks, and i'm thinking that when DJT said he would release the files, he had no idea how difficult is would actually be. It's a legal quagmire, and i think it's that way on purpose. Powerful people wanted this info hidden, and i believe they purposely made it legally almost impossible to be released.

Yeah, even if Maxwell testified it would be so tainted by the appearance of impropriety. Almost no one would believe no deal was struck, no pressure exerted. Trump making it worse by saying he would want to talk to her first. If he was smart he would stay away and try to act, like he talks, about not caring. But he’s gonna keep being a perverted tool. I know it seems we can’t bridge this divide but it would be glorious if this mess, finally crystallized it for the majority, that it’s really us against the rich and powerful, not Left vs. Right.

What if Jamie Dimon is on that list? Then what? Do you like using dollars? Do you like have a stock market?
 
One thing that's been in the back of my mind on not releasing the list is I do think Trump is protecting people, but not in the sense of protecting sickos.

I don't see the list as incrimination of anyone who might be on it. Without corroborating evidence it would just show circumstantial association. At this point though if any names are released it's going to ruin those people. They'd be branded a pedo whether they are guilty of wrongdoing or not. It would be like calling everyone on Rig Talk a murderer because people had some arbitrary association with that Kruger dude who turned out to be a serial killer. I don't think Trump would want to fuck over an innocent person regardless of if he liked them or not.

That said, it's no excuse for the complete cluster fuck this issue has become due to their mishandling of the whole situation.

Until we have the balls to hold Rich and powerful people to account like the rest of us, it will never change, never get better. This is how they keep it going by instilling the idea of, too big to fail. No person, no matter what position they hold, should be free to victimize people who have no power or agency to defend themselves. Plus who gives a shit about a CEO. It’s not like JP Morgan falls apart because Dimon falls into disrepute or even goes to jail. Ridiculous. He steps down, with the most obscene golden parachute you’ve ever seen and the board just puts in an acting CEO, until they replace him and the juggernaut just rolls on. All those motherfuckers should have been in jail already for 2008.
United Healthcare didn’t exactly fold or go out of business and people hate them like it’s a religion.

I understand your position but as we learned in 2008, we can't have the ball owner take his ball home.

The Larry Finks, Jamier dimons and quite a few people we don't know the names of are the ones that own this country, whether we like it or not.

So, what if they do take their ball home? They all have literal golden parachutes, gold. So when the the gobernment defaults on it's obligations, the dollar will crash with the stock market. Life savings, pensions, 50,000 government workers unemployed.

Are you ready for this scenario? How much gold and silver do you own? How many people you know have amassed a stock pile of precious metals?
