I think I'm unbiased. I didn't vote for him, and while I was hopeful, was disappointed. To be fair he did have a lot of people working against him, and while he had good instincts IMO he made bad decisions, like installing the swamp in his admin while railing against it. He was trying to play the game and got played. I hope he wins though, it will piss all the right people off.

I don't think either of them are swell guys. I do think more of Putin, who appears fairly smart and competent. Zelensky is a total joke. I think you're wrong about the cold war republicans and prior admins, who demonstrated a healthy respect for the USSR, at the very least because of their nuclear power. That is totally gone with today's neocons, who almost seem to want WWIII and maybe nuclear Armageddon.

I'm not giving either of them the benefit of the doubt. I've evaluated them both to the best of my ability with what knowledge I have and have come to my conclusions. I don't think any of these people are "Swell," but I don't think either Trump or Putin should be demonized as they have been. I think rather the cabal demonizing them are the problem, fomenting a mob to support agendas for their own benefit, and not for the people who are mindlessly parroting their TV talking points.
I think you only achieve peace through communication and understanding. I mean it doesn't matter for us two, but I think it's a good thing to promote.
