Known fact he can't walk the streets of old Atlantic City. He fucked over so many small business's during the initial boom.

were desperate.
Ex: Rugs for a new 30 story casino.
He'd bring in a dozen or so known contractors and have them under-bid each other to death.
Then he'd inspect the finished product and claim dissatisfaction and pay only a portion of the already
extremely low-balled price.
Tons of stories about it for those willing to look.
