Tube Change and Bias on Dmoll

Hey Everyone!
The Time has come for my Dmoll to get a fresh set of Tubes.
I'm planning on using the original JJ Kt77s matched quartet from TAD.
As far as i know the plate voltage should be around 470 V DC, so i'd be going for
70mA per pair with kt77s right? Its my first time changing Tubes on an amp without external Bias Pots
so does anyone have a fail proof recipe, like a step by step plan for handling the Dmoll specifically while changing tubes?

I think Peter recommends 65. It's probably printed on the circuit board of the amp.
