Tube changes in Mod 50 modules?

I have acquired 2 Telefunken 12AX7 and several old GE's. Currently I'm using a BMan and a SL2X in my Mod 50, where would any of these tubes work best?

I think they'd work best in my modules!

I would try them in V1 first, makes the most notable sonic difference there.
