Tube head cases with 2U rack rails.. where to buy?

hey everyone,
I am looking at possibly buying one of those ATA cases for Tube amp heads that has a built in 2U or 3U rack rails for rackmount units.

where does one buy or look at pricing for these type cases?

$549 for a head/2U rack case here. You'll probably be better off shopping within Canada though.

I just bought regular live in cases from Kent Custom Cases for my Verellen Skyhammer and my bassist's Matamp. They are really well made. I think they are in New York IIRC.
