Tuner suggestions for a Maestro Flying V?

So while training my kids how to rock, they naturally have broken off one of the tuning pegs on their Maestro Flying V. As far as I can tell, they're normal-sized tuners. Given where the screws are located on the backside, I'm guessing Schaller-style tuners will drop right in. Whatever I find, my need for durability far exceeds any cosmetic considerations.

Any recommendations on what I should grab for this application?

Just saw this set of locking tuners on eBay. Maybe with these I could also keep the toddler from constantly jacking up the tuning.
