Two cabinets matching ohms but different wattage

I have a 50-watt head I want to power two different cabinets.

I am using a 50Watt Mesa Express Plus head with 2x 4ohm outputs to be use with 2x 8ohm cabs.

The cabinets are both 8ohm. However the watts of the speakers will be rated at 200W and 90W.

Mesa Theile Cab 1x12 with EVM12L speaker 8ohms @ 200W

Mesa Lone Star 1x12 with C90 speaker 8ohms @ 90W

Are there any concerns for operating the amp in terms of longevity and reliability?

Will one of these cabs be significantly louder?

It will be just fine.

the volume has to do with the speaker sensitivity, that will tell you which seems louder. nothing will break, max wattage will be 180.
