Hello,
I'd like to connect Eventides Timefactor AND Space to the parallel fx loop of my Egnater MOD50. The problem, of course, is that when the pedal 1s 100% wet output feeds pedal 2s input I get totally "wrong" sound. I get delayed reverb or reverb on delay tails... There's no problem if I use only one pedal at the time (bypass the other pedal), but I would like to have the option of using reverb and delay simultaneously.
Here are few solutions, maybe somebody with more experience can point me to the right direction:
1. Two Y-cables. (MOD50 fx loop is line level)
2. Some kind of a line mixer. Mark Ls line mini mixer would probably do the job, but I think it's pretty expensive and I really don't need any of the controls since I can control Eventides outputs separately and MOD50 has the mix knob for the parallel loop. Is there any simpler line mini mixer around? DIY?
3. Use Parallel loop for Timefactor and serial loop for Space with a parallel pedal. (MOD50 has both loops) Like this I would have 2 separate parallel loops. Then again, it would be nice to save the serial loop for other things.
Basically I just want to split parallel fx loops send signal, send it in to 2 separate pedals, then mix pedals output 50/50 into parallel fx loop return. I've been searching the internet for the best solution but no one seems to have the similar problem... Maybe I'm just making things too complicated....
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
