Two notes Audio Engineering IR downloading site

I filled out the information to get an account so that I can upload and download IRs for the site.
But I get an email wanting me to have my parents or guardian to fill out a form and fax it back.
I am in my 40's so why would you want something like this? I have a CAB and would like to use it
in my recording studio. Is there a way around this so I can get immediate access?
