Two notes torpedo live vs Studio

I currently own a torpedo live...
If I use the same rig and same Impulse response on a studio, will it sound significantly better?
Or is the large jump in price not worth the tone difference?

I had the Live since they first came out. Last year I bought a Studio. To my ears, things sound much crisper. My main motive for that was the stereo IRs and the adjustable impedence.

I had the live and purchased the suhr reactive load. Its smaller and you can use wall of sound III and run two cabs!
