Hi tone friends ! I was wondering if it's possible to run two Rocktron units in series without any external mixer ? For example : you go from the Piranha preamp to an intellifex blackface then to an Intellipitch and finally to a poweramp ? It seems as long as the hush is not activated and the analog signal is on then it's fine ? Some people use a mixer or a patch switch like GCX or Patchmate, but I guess it's possible to preserve the signal quality and go through two FX processors in series with no issues ? Please help !

Yeah, that'll be fine, those Rocktrons are great for those simpler applications.

Yeah, the Rocktrons have an internal analog mixer built into them.

I have been messing with the same idea lately using my Intellifex and Replifex.

Yep, no problem. set-up a cc to bypass the unit(s) when not using a preset. You can also just program a clean preset as well. As long as you don’t use the gate and set your mixer accordingly your signal will remain analog.

Thank you guys for the valuable feedback, it's very helpful ))
