The Ormsby hypermachine headstock is cool as fuck to me,but I could see it being kinda polarizing too. And his finishes and rare woods are amazing!

Man I love the Tyler headstock...

Carvin has some of the worst headstock designs. I love the Strat head but honestly it's a bit weird, right? But I wouldn't want a Strat any other way. Slave to tradition I guess.

I like Schecter's take on the strat headstock:

Its tough to come up with a good design but I think GJ-2 http://gj2guitars.com/ did a good job and my pal Sully from Sully Guitars has a nice couple of designs as well http://www.sullyguitars.com/

I think that Tom Anderson and Schecter have the best alternatives for strat headstocks (and the two are very similar).
