Unbalanced PPIMV pot

I measured the dual 220k pot of the Lar/Mar PPIMV in my Plexi clone.
One side is 240k and the other one 200k, so +10%/-10%.
Do you think this kind of tolerance is acceptable for this purpose ?

are you measuring it " in circuit " ??
 
You really want to check the ratios measured from the wiper. e.g. do both read say 20% of the total resistance
