Anyone have experience with them?

I'd like to position a mic in front of a cab and have it feed into a DAW
to utilize plug-ins for frequency analysis and accurate dB leveling between
Quad Cortex presets.

Would never be used for singing or high SPL.

Any good ones out there?

Why not just grab a cheap interface and a used SM57?

The presonus Audiobox 96 goes for $50 frequently, same with the SM57 and you'd be getting "industry Standards" vs a questionable USB mic around the same price

Would you consider this on par with Scarlett stuff? That's my only experience with an interface.
Yep, I have both the Scarlett and the Presonus. Both are fantastic units. All of my videos for the past 3 weeks have had the audio recorded through the Presonus

Cool. Thanks. One more question while I have you on the line.
Last night using my phone I was getting no higher than 80dB out of my cab
at evening volume settings. (small apartment, connected neighbors)

My guess is a 57 might not be the best mic for those SPL levels.
Thoughts?

It'll be just as good as any other mic. The SM57 records just fine at lower volume levels out of the cab.

Thanks for the feedback.

Figured out a 10X easier way to do this.
Added a splitter in the QC right after the IR and routed it to a USB out.
RAn that into the DAW and then use its input levels. Stupid easy.
