So we had to shoot promo for the new AC/DC tribute on the fly, and of course, if it could go wrong...

The sound guy had an X32 board but couldn't get any of our USB flash drives to work so all we had for audio is the drum overheads and a Zoom field recorder. I did a little Logic Pro magic to get it to a usable state.

I will say, the Syn20-IR and Kali through a 1960A and my Malcolm Gretsch sounded REALLY good live. I'll have to make a proper demo for it.

Oh yeah, and we have Andrew Freeman on vocals. Such a killer dude and great front man. Our Angus is amazing as well. I have played with quite a few and no one does the show he does.

Anywho...

Very nice! Super solid line up.

What are the settings on the Kali?

Thanks man! I’ll take a pic of the settings when I get home. That 20 watt head actually did real well. I was pretty surprised.

Had the pleasure of doing Malcolm in a tribute, in the late 90’s in San Diego. It was called PowerLoad. We had Perry from Atomic Playboys on vocals and he sounded great. We only did Bon era stuff. Unfortunately I had to leave them because I was moving back to Seattle. We had a great bunch of guys and it sounded glorious.

Wow that is freacking awesome Jer, nice line up man. I love Freeman voice so much. BTW love you hair !!!:)

Man doing the AC/DC stuff is so damn fun! Andrew and Curt (our Angus) are really great together on stage.

I feel so old and immobile looking at that Angus there.
Dude… I met this Angus when I was subbing for Noise Pollution. He was their Angus for about 5 years. He’s absolutely THE best. He’s the right size and just does a helluva show. Nice cat to boot.

Yeah man! It was interesting happenstance getting Andrew on board. We had the idea to have him do a show with my other AC/DC tribute and the show got cocked up. When we decided to make this new band I floated it by Andrew and he was down to clown, so here we are. He’s a beast and generally a solid fucker as well!
