Vertical 212 cabinet?

Does anyone happen to know a good vertical 212 cabinet they could recommend? I prefer something with well designed ports.

CAE 2x12 is vertical and ported. Awesome cab.

Forte cabs look great. I do not see the CAE 2x12 on their website. Do you have a link? I was thinking of an Ear Candy Buzzbomb 212, but the Forte looks really nice assuming the side ports work as advertised. The thing I like about Ear Candy is the cab sort of responds like an open and a closed back cab. We'll see. I would prefer the cab to be wider than the 18 inches when vertical, so the EC 212 is rather small. This is for a digital modelling rig.

In my experience cabinets ported with circular ports (tuned) sound smaller and a little more choked than detuned designs like the port city and forte.

I have also heard some bad things about earcandies business practices, not sure though.

I feel the same way about the port cities, $550 unloaded!

If the Mesa vert cab is 75lbs.....I'll just get a 412 at that point, LOL! My Bogner OS 212 is like 68 lbs.

If a normal 2x12 is flat front why couldn't you just turn one on end?

Doesn't Vater cabs make a vertical 2X12? I'm far too lazy to look.
