I want to use a TalkBox with my VH4. To do that I´ll have to use 7x2 meters (to the TalkBox and back to the amp) speakercable. Will this have a big influence on my sound? :scared: I want to use Cordial CLS 240 or CLS 260. What do you think?
Thanks for your help

I don't know about big difference, but surely it will have an impact at least to some extend. I would not be too worried about the cables, but what talk box you are planning? As some of them do ruin sound even just by themselves.

Maybe you could make a 7 meter "controltube" or what ever control method your talk box has. :D

How about placing the talk box to a channel insert of e.g. channel 2? Then you could have it bypassed easily and when the insert/box is on the sound will nevertheless be ordinary guitar sound anymore so no concerns about ruining your base sound.

A talk box is a midrange driver, so no need
for big wires ;)

It´s a Dunlop Heil Talk Box.

So I´ll take 2,5mm²! An other option would be to use something like a cab-switcher... I´ll think about that later! But so far thank you a lot! Now I can go to sleep without thinking all the time: "what if..." :D

Schönen Gruß und Roggenrool!! :)
