VH4 Hum, possible transformer Help please

Hi, so long story short, I know transformers in the VH4 are a bit noisy, but now I think my OT is noisier.

When I turn it on the hum is normal, then after some playing time, like say 10-20 min it feels like the noise gets louder, also when I touch something on it and the rack it is in the noise goes down for just a second.

Normal or not really?
 
Does not sound normal to me. Could it be a grounding issue in your setup?
 
Does the amp sound good? Does it come through the speakers? If not... Just crank it and jam. Simple as that. Too much is made about the power hum in these amps. It's quite ok.
 
Plus yes it will go up or down with dirty power as well as warm up.
