Hi folks,
this is my first post here on Rigtalk/Diezel section, so I would like to introduce myself quickly:
I am playing now for more than 24 years and after a long journey searching for my tone I found Diezel beginning of 2000. Since then I purchased every amp in the arsenal (except the Schmidt) and although I loved all of them only my Vh4s made it through the years and I guess Charlton Heston put it right when saying: "From my cold dead hands!"
Nevertheless I am posting here since I have some strange behavior when switching channels to "Clean". Sometimes the channel will not respond and simply stays calm, then other times it will switch but with some delay time of may be a second. Strange enough this won't happen when the amp is on for a while.
Nothing that gives me sleepless nights but I had the original PCB board exchanged for the new one in 2008 so I am a bit astonished to see this happen. Do I simply need a new switch or does it sound like something more serious?
Thanks.
BTW: For the HAGEN lovers out there I will post pictures of the real HAGEN Proto 000 soon. Hope you will enjoy....
