Cool amps, I could never adjust to the dry gain sound for leads, but I absolutely loved the 120 I had for metal rhythm playing. Tight and low noise floor like most have said, I always boosted it up front.
Wish I still had mine

You and me both hahahahaha.

I remember these were dirt cheap about 5 years ago. I ended up with a sig:x because it had a loop. Dumb reason, I know, but I prefer the gain on the sig:x just as much as the deliverance. The cleans on the sig are fantastic.

I should say that you have me gassing for a deliverance though.

I've wanted one for years! Too bad these are rare here in Europe ! Actually I've found one with the loop for 1200 euros shipped

Hahahah same. I hate that i sold it.

I used the D60 as my main rig for over a decade - it's still my favorite high gainer ever and selling it was one of the dumbest things I've ever done. I had sent mine in to Fryette for the loop mod (which worked perfectly by the way)

Less mode with both gain knobs set at about 3:00 with a keeley sd-1 boosting the front end is my ultimate metal tone; just glorious

Buddy of mine in our band plays D60 and it is fantastic, especially for trash. Set it for little more agressive JCM800 sound, boost it for little juice and tighter bottom and You have ultimate metal machine \m/

Damn! I'm gasing hard! ??

After owning mine 11 years I finally put fresh power tubes in it two weeks ago.....it sounds better than ever. I'm using a Power Station 100 and Deliverance P50E 4x12 cab with it. I tend to use LESS more often than MORE. I don't need a lot of gain with this kind of girth. It has more punch with less gain.....and that's usually what I am looking for.
