VHT/Fryette Deliverance D60H and D120 values

Im noticing that the resale values of the Deliverance D60H and the d120 are horrible,im seeing what some people are selling them for(used)and they are basiclly giving them away,thats a shame on such a great and quality amp.I did notice that the resale values of a Soldano SLO hold very good resale even some of the SLO from the late 80s and 90s are going for top dollar,why is that..... :no:
 
It's not a shame if you're buying one.

I would call it outstanding news.
 
Unless you were selling it,it would be a different story,right.Im just asking a question why a quality amp would go for stupid prices but Bogner,Soldano(SLO),Diezel hold good value,VHT/Fryette are in the same catagory.

Quite simple. Market forces. There is such a small market for that specific amp that any price data is suspect. You could see any price and not be able to make a conclusion about its actual value.

Larger markets, more data, more demand.

Why does the value of my rolex go up every year but the value of my no-name walmart watch go down?
 
Look at the values of Soldano SLO even some of the SLO from the late 80s and 90s hold very good resale value,why.

Same reason my Rollie will never go down in value; the name.

If you look many amps made by those makers are going for the same % on the dollar resale. Personally I rather have a D120 than any of those amps at any price.
